Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative,energetic, and compassionate

Activities Coordinator

to join our team.This position plays a key role in engagement through a variety of dailyactivities, special events, and group activities. Candidates must beself-motivated, highly organized, and passionate about working with seniors.

KeyResponsibilities: Plan, organize, and lead engaging daily activitiesfor both assisted and independent living residents Create and distribute monthly activity calendarsand community engagement platforms Coordinate special events, holiday celebrations,and themed parties Organize and supervise off-site group outings,including transporting residents safely using the community vehicle Encourage resident participation and adapt programsbased on individual interests and needs Maintain accurate attendance records and feedbackon participation Collaborate with other departments to supportresident wellbeing Ensure activity spaces are clean, safe, andprepared for scheduled activities Assist with other duties as assigned by theExecutive Director Requirements:

Must be at least 25 years of age Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Previous experience as an Activities Coordinatorstrongly preferred Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Friendly and enthusiastic personality with agenuine compassion for seniors Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to thechanging needs of the community Experience with Microsoft Office and Canva preferred College degree preferred Must pass a pre-employment physical, TB test, drugscreening and background check Must be able to stand, walk, bend, lift, and movethroughout the day Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. and assist residentsduring activities and outings Benefits:
