Senior HR Generalist We are currently seeking an HR Generalist to join our Human Resources team to support the New England market. The HR Generalist (HRG) provides consultative, project-based and hands-on support to Account Leadership and team members supporting multiple clients within C&W Services. The HRG is the first point of contact for employee matters and regularly liaises with Corporate Centers of Excellence (COE) to deliver best-in-class employee experiences. As directed, the HR Generalist will partner with operational leaders and HR Leadership on key talent and retention initiatives and projects related to integration, change management and overall HR best practices, and will report to the HR Director. Responsibilities

Act as a point of contact for the assigned region. Partner with People Partner and Director of People Partnering to deliver value-added HR services, including but not limited to strategic talent management (talent reviews, development, and succession planning), performance management, DEI, compensation planning, project management, and overall employee engagement. Collaborate with business, HR leaders, and COE partners to build or integrate tools for leadership development and management training for key talent segments. Build strong relationships with managers and employees at all levels to provide effective HR guidance and coaching. Where applicable, partner with Talent Acquisition to develop sources to identify and proactively build a pipeline of talent. Participate in select interviews to assess internal and external candidates for key roles. Proactively anticipate opportunities or issues and develop innovative solutions to address opportunities to drive more effective, efficient, or productive behaviors within the business operations or HR processes. Provide counsel for managers and supervisors on employee or labor relations issues including discipline, policy interpretation, harassment and discrimination, HR compliance, background checks, FMLA, ADA, Workers' Compensation, Wage and Hour Law, I-9 compliance, and other matters. May conduct on-site internal investigations (predominantly intake) involving employment incidents, and document accurately on internal platforms. Support other HR-related activities as required, including exit interviews, manager training, or any C&W Services requirements. Qualifications

Must be fluent in English and Spanish. Must have union experience. This is a hybrid position; you will be expected to be in the office 1 day per week, as well as during client visits. Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or related field preferred. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in human resources. Strong business acumen with proven results in influencing and advising managers and leaders who are both virtual and local. Self-starter; results oriented and motivated professional. Ability to quickly build trust and act as a trusted advisor. Ability to thrive in ambiguity and navigate a complex, multi-faceted organization with multiple stakeholders. Ability to think and work on a global platform. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to proactively communicate and build partnerships at all levels. Computer proficiency with advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and other Office suite applications. Experience with Workday, ServiceNow, and UKG is a plus.
