Duties and responsibilities vary and may increase according to grade level. Use engineering manuals, standard publications, and technical material to obtain information and pertinent data for use by higher level engineers, contractors and/or customers. Keep abreast of emerging technologies and professional developments to maintain currency in the field and for application to work assignments. Perform duties in support of the installation, operations, and maintenance of weapon systems, subsystems, facilities, machinery, and/or support equipment. Perform developmental assignments in the application of established principles, techniques, methods, and procedures of professional electronics engineering in the area of installation, operations, and maintenance.
