The UX Research, Design & Usability Leader will drive the design and user experience strategy for the Digital Products in the Fintech vertical, with a primary focus on creating Consumer Experience Platforms for Lending Products (mortgages, consumer loans, auto loans, commercial loans). Responsibilities Lead design and user experience strategy for Digital Products in the Fintech vertical, with a primary focus on Consumer Experience Platforms for Lending Products (mortgages, consumer loans, auto loans, commercial loans). Collaborate with Design Agencies, Product Designers, User Researchers, and Usability Testers, and provide guidance, feedback, and mentorship.

Qualifications

A minimum of 10 years of experience in product design, usability, and user experience, with at least 8 years of experience in leading design teams and projects. A portfolio of digital products and experiences that demonstrate creativity, innovation, and user-centricity, preferably in the Fintech domain. A strong knowledge of design principles, methodologies, and tools, such as user research, user journey mapping, wireframing, prototyping, testing, and iteration. A familiarity with generative AI/GPT models, LLMs, voice assistants (Alexa, Google, Siri), and conversation AI engines, and how they can be leveraged to enhance the user experience and engagement. A bachelors degree or higher in design, human-computer interaction, or a related field, or equivalent work experience. A proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite. A strong portfolio showcasing innovative and user-centric design solutions.
