In this role, you will have the opportunity to: Focus on the delivery of civil site development projects and assist in the design, construction, and project management of a wide variety of projects involving grading design, stormwater design, erosion control design, culvert design, and pavement design, etc. Involve hands-on participation in the permitting process. Interact with multi-disciplinary internal teams and external clients. The Team

As part of BV Operations, your work will support projects across Governments & Environment, Energy & Process Industries, and Connectivity & Commercial. You will engage with projects ranging from small community improvements to large Mega Projects, collaborating in a culture that supports career development and innovation. Key Responsibilities

Perform design of projects from conceptual and bid phase through design completion based on project manager requirements and client needs. Assist the Engineering Manager in maintaining project schedules and budgets. Interface directly with the client or sub-consultants under the Engineering Manager's direction. Support business development through writing technical approaches, scopes of work, and presenting to clients. Communicate effectively with other engineering disciplines and project teams. Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline. Licensed PE or ability and interest to obtain PE and/or be in active pursuit of registration. Thorough understanding of civil site development (Site Plans, Permitting, Grading, Storm Water Management, Storm Water Design). Ability and motivation to lead portions of complex projects with guidance and mentorship. Minimum Qualifications

Requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering from an accredited program. Minimum of 5 years related work experience. Certifications

Licensed Professional Engineer or actively pursuing registration. Work Environment/Physical Demands

Hybrid or flexible work options may be offered after the first 90 days based on manager discretion, job performance and work assignments. Typical office/home-office environment. Physical Demands: sitting, talking, grasping, hearing, keyboard input, driving, seeing, writing, reaching, stooping, crouching, walking, standing for extended periods. May require travel to local and regional client sites. Salary Plan
