This role is for a Senior Full Stack Engineer with a backend focus to help shape the future of their core platform. Base pay range: $200,000.00/yr - $250,000.00/yr. This range is provided by Trust In SODA. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience talk with your recruiter to learn more. Senior Full Stack Engineer Boston, Massachusetts / Hybrid $200k $250k Base + Equity Responsibilities
Build and scale AI powered chat and voice products Take full ownership of features from concept to deployment Contribute across the stack (Python, React/Next.js), with opportunities to lead product lines Influence technical architecture, infra, and long term product vision Help shape a rapidly scaling product used across multiple enterprise sectors Ideal Profile
7+ years of hands on software engineering experience Strong backend skills in Python (bonus for Django) Frontend experience with React and/or Next.js Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS or GCP) Excellent communication and product ownership mindset Bachelors or higher from a top 40 U.S. university Bonus Experience
Experience building or scaling LLM based or AI driven products Familiarity with Kubernetes, Docker, or large scale infra Prior integration work with enterprise clients Why This Role?
