As an Agentforce + Data Cloud Success Architect, you will leverage your technical expertise in data and analytics to drive successful outcomes for strategic customers. Data Cloud supports seamless integration with Salesforce Marketing, Sales, and Service Clouds, enabling Customer 360 use cases and unifying customer data across touchpoints to enhance AI-driven marketing automation, personalized engagement, and predictive insights. Data Cloud also enables real-time, context-aware AI automation and decision-making within Agentforce. This role is office-flexible, with the expectation to work from a Salesforce office three days per week. Responsibilities Be a trusted Agentforce + Data Cloud subject-matter expert for the Success Architect organization, including how Data Cloud relates to the success of AI. Engage with Signature and Strategic customers to evaluate and recommend optimization strategies for technical architecture, dev/ops, performance, and design related to Agentforce + Data Cloud. Identify and evaluate capability gaps for standard product capability or propose creative Architect solutions through customization. Facilitate and influence Executive stakeholders while aligning technology strategy to business value and ROI. Run playbooks aligned with the Success Architect engagement catalog, tailored to the needs of Agentforce + Data Cloud customers. Build strong relationships with internal and external partners to contribute to broader goals and growth. Drive thought leadership through mentoring and knowledge sharing.

Your Impact

As an Agentforce + Data Cloud Success Architect, you will influence the technical architecture, performance optimization, and solution design strategies for our strategic customers, ensuring success in leveraging Agentforce + Data Clouds data capabilities and driving customer satisfaction and business value. Collaboration is central to our success. You will work with customers, colleagues, and partners to evaluate architecture, optimize performance, and design effective solutions, contributing to the collective success of our teams. Minimum Requirements

Fluent in English and Portuguese or Spanish. Minimum 2 development/project implementation lifecycles of Salesforce Data Cloud/CDP + AI. Minimum 8 years of proven experience in enterprise consulting, including implementing enterprise software solutions in Analytics/CDP spaces. Ability to analyze, design, and optimize business processes with a focus on data & integration architecture, guiding customers through migration to and optimization of Agentforce + Data Cloud. Deep understanding of data modeling, integration architectures, and data governance best practices. Excellent communication skills; ability to work with cross-functional teams from Developer to Executive. Ability to facilitate discussions and translate technical concepts into business value and ROI. Ability to stay up-to-date with emerging data-related and AI technologies. Proactive and self-starting attitude with the ability to manage tasks independently while collaborating remotely with customers and colleagues. Values Data Ethics and Privacy; ensures customer solutions comply with regulations and best practices in data security and privacy. Degree or equivalent experience; experience evaluated based on role-specific strengths (leadership, military, volunteer, etc.).

Preferred Experience

Experience in consulting/implementation with a Data Cloud/CDP partner. Experience with large data platforms (Snowflake, Databricks, AWS, Google Cloud Storage/BigQuery, Azure). Experience with Customer Data Platforms (e.g., Segment, Tealium, Adobe Experience Platform, Amperity, Treasure Data, Twilio Segment). Experience implementing Salesforce Clouds, multi-cloud scenarios (Sales, Service, Industries, Marketing, or Commerce). Familiar with Salesforce Architecture Domains: Integration, Access and Identity Management, Data Architecture, Sharing and Visibility, Declarative and APEX Development. Experience programming in Python, Java, .Net, SQL.
