Overview
Technical Infrastructure Architect (TIA) role located in Fort Belvoir, VA / Washington DC / Hybrid. The program modernizes financial management by replacing legacy systems with a unified ERP and an advanced cloud-based analytics platform, providing Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC) support for the DAI program and Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS 12.2.x), replacing Oracle Analytics Server (OAS) to improve reporting, user experience, governance, security, and operational efficiency through data-driven decision-making. Responsibilities
Provides technical planning and management to ensure the integrity of the technical plans and tasks associated with platform (hardware, software and network), performance, dependability, security, disaster recovery, testing and overall operational availability and readiness of the infrastructure. Conducts hardware sizing, performance, upgradeability reviews and benchmarking to provide recommendations to the Government on the technical architecture baseline and any expansions directed by the Government. Provides Oracle EBS, disaster recovery, reporting and performance testing with agility to implement new technology insertions as required. Produces technical writing to ensure all reports and deliverables are delivered with timeliness and quality to the government. Implements and manages processes for optimal maintenance of the application across the production, COOP, and T&D environments. Qualifications Ten (10) years of experience Experience supporting DoD or Federal Oracle shared service providers on an Oracle EBS R12.2 platform or higher Project Management certification (PMP or other recognized certification, e.g., ITIL, CGFM) Strong command of the English language Must possess IT-I Critical Sensitive security clearance DoD 8570.01-M Certification: DFARS 252.239-7001 Information Assurance Contractor Training and Certification IA Technical (IAT) / IA Management (IAM) Level: IAT Level II IA Baseline Certification: DoD 8570 Approved Baseline Certifications CE / OS Certificate: DLA Approved CS CE List_v30. Certification must be applicable to the Oracle-based DAI Application Environment Relevant certification from a nationally recognized technical authority
