What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Design and develop automated test frameworks and scripts for UI and REST APIs using Selenium and Rest Assured Collaborate with developers, QA analysts, and product managers to understand requirements and ensure thorough test coverage Participate in test planning, test case design, defect reporting, and root cause analysis using JIRA Build and implement SQL queries and validate databases using automation tools Document, communicate, and escalate test results and defects effectively
What is Required (Qualifications)
Strong experience with automation using Selenium Java, Rest Assured, and relevant web UI and mobile automation tools Proficiency in coding with programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, and SQL Experience in cloud testing and mobile automation testing for iOS and Android devices Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development processes Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience using the Selenium Grid for parallel execution of test cases in multiple browsers Knowledge of deployment technologies with an emphasis on AWS Cloud Familiarity with Kafka topics and consumer validations Experience developing feature files using Gherkin language for BDD Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
