May need to cover one night shift within their contract as needed. 3 years required of RN OR but prefers 5 Is on-call REQ? Yes, call will be distributed equally amongst all nursing staff every 6 weeks. This could be up to 6-8 shifts in a 6-week period (including nights, evenings and weekends/8 hrs).
