Associate Director, Lifecyle Management, Entyvio Takeda PharmaceuticalLexington, MAAbout the role: Join Takeda as the Associate Director, Lifecyle Management, Entyvio, where you will lead efforts to maximize brand's value by owning the execution of high-priority initiatives, including leading the Pediatric launch, evaluating and advancing lifecycle management opportunities (e.g., new indications and formulations), enhancing competitive readiness, and driving key strategic cross-functional initiatives . This position reports into the Director, Lifecycle Management and Access Marketing, Entyvio, and is located in Lexington, MA. How you will contribute:

Play a key role in lifecycle management, ensuring alignment of enterprise and brand strategies with early development and pipeline priorities while leveraging deep market insights, strategic expertise, and clinical knowledge to shape competitive readiness plans and lead impactful strategic initiatives. Collaborate cross-functionally to identify growth opportunities, optimize portfolio performance, and ensure alignment with corporate, regulatory, and evolving market dynamics. Balance strategic foresight, data-driven decision-making, and hands-on leadership to execute initiatives that maintain brand's position in a rapidly changing marketplace Pediatric Launch Readiness:

Lead cross functional orchestration of Pediatric launch readiness activities including in depth strategic planning and aligning teams on key priorities and critical success factors. Represent commercial team on label working groups to support development of PI. Establish measurable KPIs to track launch success and course-correct via data-driven insights and analytics. Identify potential risks impacting the launch plan and implement mitigation strategies. Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards during pre-launch and post-launch activities. Competitive Readiness:

Leverage competitive intelligence to inform tailored strategies, playbooks, and readiness workshops, enabling Takeda's commercial and field teams to thrive in a dynamic market landscape. Participate in PRT Review process; partnering with Agency teams to support resource generation, approval, and internal and field roll-out. Lifecycle Management Strategy & Brand Optimization:

Serve as the commercial lead on cross-functional LCM teams, collaborating with Global, R&D, Supply Chain, Regulatory, Medical, Market Access, and Sales. Support business case development for lifecycle investments and present recommendations to senior leadership; contribute to long-range forecasts and revenue projections Ensure effective integration of LCM activities with ongoing brand marketing campaigns Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business, Marketing, or related field required; MBA or advanced degree preferred. 7+ years in pharmaceutical marketing, product management, or lifecycle management. Significant experience with competitive intelligence, brand strategy, and market insights within the pharmaceutical industry. Proven track record of developing and executing brand strategies across various lifecycle stages. Strong strategic thinking and analytical capabilities. Clinical acumen and business acumen, with the ability to interpret and apply clinical data to cross-functional strategies development. Exceptional collaboration, communication, and leadership skills to manage projects and drive cross-functional alignment in a matrixed environment. Project management expertise, with ability to juggle multiple priorities under tight timelines. Proficiency in interpreting market data, competitive landscapes, and financial performance metrics. Takeda Compensation and Benefits Summary

For Location: Lexington, MA

U.S. Base Salary Range: $153,600.00 - $241,340.00

The estimated salary range reflects an anticipated range for this position. The actual base salary offered may depend on a variety of factors, including the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.The actual base salary offered will be in accordance with state or local minimum wage requirements for the job location.

U.S. based employees may be eligible for short-term and/or long-termincentives. U.S.based employees may be eligible to participate in medical, dental, vision insurance, a 401(k) plan and company match, short-term and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance, a tuition reimbursement program, paid volunteer time off, company holidays, and well-being benefits, among others. U.S.based employees are also eligible to receive, per calendar year, up to 80 hours of sick time, and new hires are eligible to accrue up to 120 hours of paid vacation.
