Customer Success Manager you will be a trusted advisor to our top customers from deployment through renewal, guiding adoption and expansion with strong customer-facing and technical acumen. Responsibilities
Own the customer relationship and ensure customers realize the full value of their investment in our technology Own and orchestrate the customer journey, including onboarding, technical reviews, advisor sessions, business reviews and product adoption maturity assessments Collaborate with Product & Engineering to advocate for improvements and influence the product roadmap based on customer needs Maintain diligent and comprehensive records of customer needs, feedback, progress, health, and goals; use these to steer customers to optimum ROI Stay up to date on AI security trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings Travel throughout region Requirements
5+ years of experience in a Customer Success or customer-facing role at a high-growth B2B SaaS software company Experience managing enterprise customers and driving highly visible, complex projects involving multiple technical stakeholders Business understanding of GTM sales teams and processes that drive GRR and NRR Experience working with cybersecurity software solutions Excellent customer communication and presentation skills with the ability to adapt to different audiences, including C-Level executives Ability to influence and gain a trusted advisor status with key stakeholders Very well organized with the ability to work effectively in a nimble, fast-paced environment Strong technical acumen in areas such as SaaS, AI/ML, Rest APIs, SSO, SIEM, cybersecurity frameworks, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), Kubernetes Willingness to continuously learn product features and AI industry context Start-up experience preferred: success in early-stage companies with fast-paced environments As an EEO/Affirmative Action Employer, all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, veteran status. #J-18808-Ljbffr
