The Director of Fitness leads the team of personal training coaches in achieving departmental, club, and personal goals.
You:

Responsibilities:
Manage personal trainers/coaches including bi-monthly meetings, and monthly projections, and provide oversight of trainers delivering training services
Conduct timely and relevant business management meetings to support trainer development
Accountability of team’s business deliverables by setting targets, following up, providing feedback and support for progress
Continuously look for ways to increase sales of training packages
Requirements
3-5 years of recent experience in:
Managing a team
Meeting personal and club training revenue
Building client bases
Conducting fitness assessments
Selling personal training packages
Leading seminars, demos
Conducting one on one and small-group training
NASM, ACE, NSCA, or ACSM personal training certification preferred.
CPR/AED certification
Comprehensive knowledge wellness programs with the ability to prescribe based on individual client’s goals
Physical ability to lift weights (50 pounds or more), squat, bend, reach, and handle prolonged standing and walking.
