This remote role offers the opportunity to be a key member of our cost estimating team and to learn and grow alongside passionate professionals in cost estimating and construction management. Provide detailed quantity take-off and preliminary pricing for a variety of construction project types. Review and interpret construction drawings to understand the overall project scope. Support development of comprehensive cost estimates/models communicating the clients project and strategic goals. Facilitate document control, file management, and project collaboration. Ensure a quality product is presented to the client by adhering to QA/QC procedures. Actively research, solicit, and develop sources/vendors to maintain the accuracy of cost information. Communicate effectively through clear and concise means appropriate to the project goals. Qualifications

A minimum of 10 years as a cost estimating professional, preferably as a consultant, including conceptual estimating, take-offs, change order review/reconciliation, and value engineering solutions. Prior healthcare estimating experience. Prior experience with mechanical and/or electrical estimation. Ability to understand and accurately interpret construction documents (drawings, specifications). Proficient use of On-Screen Takeoff (OST) software or similar quantity takeoff software preferred. Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Bachelors degree in construction, engineering, or architecture, or 2 years of applicable construction trade experience in lieu of a degree is preferred. Benefits and Compensation
