## Human Experience Strategy Partner (HRBP)As a Human Experience Strategy Partner, you’ll step into a highly visible role where your work directly shapes the future of our people and culture. You’ll support our Sales & Marketing organization both strategically and operationally, acting as a trusted advisor, change agent, and coach to our people leaders.This isn’t just a HR role, it’s an opportunity to influence how we grow, scale, and build a culture of high performance and belonging in a fast-moving SaaS environment. You’ll partner with Executives and People Leaders, helping to align people strategy with business goals while ensuring our employees have an exceptional workplace experience.Reporting to our Director of Human Experience Strategic Partners in Dublin, you’ll be part of a global team that is collaborative, forward-thinking, and passionate about making work a place where people feel energized and supported.**\*\* This is a hybrid role which requires at least 3 days a week onsite in our (brand new!)
