As a member of the Service Delivery Organization, the Sr. Support Analyst will work closely with the Service Delivery Leader, Technical Analysts, Business Users, Solution Delivery Leader, and Application and Infrastructure support teams to develop, document and deliver process and systems solutions which enable ADM's strategy. This role would progress to becoming subject matter expert on how the technology supports our business processes. The successful candidate will have prior knowledge and experience in manufacturing, order processing, quality assurance, accounting and/or sales processes. The ideal candidate will have experience with MAPICS, Adage, GoAnywhere, and/or NiceLabel. **Job Responsibilities:*** Provide deep functional expertise for applications & products supporting one or more process areas.* Provide input into system fit/gap analysis and design decisions.* Write detailed functional and/or technical designs for business requests, partnering with business and development teams as needed.* Share knowledge of risks and opportunities to improve efficiency and effectiveness within the respective process area.* Provide process and functional expertise, engaging technical teams as required to resolve escalated support issues.* Provide process and functional expertise and support for merger and acquisition efforts.* Provide regular and accurate status updates and other documentation to management and team members for assigned support and enhancement work.**Job Requirements:** * Experience with Infor XA MAPICS.* Experience with development on an AS400 platform and the ability to troubleshoot code as well as the ability to make design recommendations for system enhancement.* Experience with RPG, CLLE, SQL, Oracle, DB2 and Java preferred.* Experience with software development and integrations techniques preferred.* Expected to work occasional weekends, holidays, overtime, or a variety of shifts, when needed, to meet deadlines* Ability and willingness to travel by auto and air as needed to achieve business objectives* Exhibits ability to work both in a geographically diverse team environment and independently.* Strong analytical, organization, time management, facilitation, and process management skills.* Demonstrated high level of written, verbal and interpersonal skills to communicate technical and non-technical information, ideas, procedures and processes.* Able to work in a fast-paced, changing environment, and with all levels of the organization and cope with rapidly changing information.* Ability to evaluate and negotiate priorities and adapt to new/evolving individual and team assignments as adjustments are needed.* Knowledge of how current trends and technology can address identified business needs and capabilities a plus.* Interact and deal effectively with all levels of employees while maintaining a professional manner.* Maintains a positive work environment through teamwork & conflict resolution.* Strong problem solving and communication skills.
