Our collaborative Marketing team drives business development through strategic pitches, proposals, and client presentations. Role Overview
As our Proposal Manager, youll own the end-to-end RFP and multi-practice proposal processpartnering with attorneys, business-development leaders, pricing, compliance, and support teams to craft winning submissions that showcase our firms strengths. Key Responsibilities Lead the RFP lifecyclefrom opportunity evaluation and planning through document production and final delivery Partner with practice-group BD managers, attorneys, and internal stakeholders to gather content, research, and supporting data Develop, edit, and assemble compelling proposal narratives and presentations that differentiate our firm Coordinate with research, HR, compliance, IT, and other departments to fulfill information requests Manage project timelines, track progress, and report on proposal outcomes and win rates Maintain and enhance proposal tools, templates, and content libraries (e.g., CRM/Foundation) Identify process improvements and best practices to streamline proposal development
What You Bring
Bachelors degree (or equivalent experience) 5+ years in proposal management, marketing, or related roles2+ years within a law-firm environment preferred Proven ability to build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and deliver high-quality, deadline-driven work Exceptional writing, editing, and presentation skills Strong project-management abilities; comfortable juggling multiple priorities Proficiency with Microsoft Office; familiarity with proposal software or CRM platforms is a plus A client-service mindset, meticulous attention to detail, and a passion for creative problem-solving
