Lead the engineering department and provide senior technical and project leadership. Oversee project management activities for a diverse portfolio of project types and sectors. Mentor and develop team members; communicate with clients and stakeholders; ensure project delivery on schedule and budget. Collaborate with other departments to ensure integrated MEP design. Qualifications
Professional Engineer (PE) license. BS in Mechanical Engineering. 8+ years of experience with at least 4 years of project management. Extensive knowledge of mechanical system design, including hydronic systems and controls. Strong understanding of building codes and standards.
