Travel We are seeking a compassionate and skilled
Occupational Therapist (OT)
to join our dedicated team. As an OT, you will help individuals of all ages improve their ability to perform tasks in their daily living and working environments. You will work closely with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals to develop individualized treatment plans that restore function, enhance mobility, and promote independence. Responsibilities: Evaluate patients’ physical, emotional, and developmental needs through standardized assessments. Develop and implement customized treatment plans based on patient goals. Provide direct therapy services to improve patients’ functional abilities. Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, adaptive equipment, and home programs. Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with regulatory standards. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated and effective care. Qualifications: Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy. Current state OT license. NBCOT certification required. Prior experience in SNF preferred but not required.
