Were looking for a skilled
Microsoft 365 Solutions Architect
with deep expertise across the full M365 suite and a strong focus on SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, and PowerShell automation. This role is ideal for a proactive professional who thrives in enterprise-scale environments, guiding strategy while remaining hands-on with engineering and automation. Key Responsibilities
Architect and implement enterprise-wide Microsoft 365 solutions, focusing on SharePoint, Teams, Exchange, OneDrive, Viva, Yammer, and M365 Apps. Manage licensing using Group-Based Licensing (GBL) in Azure AD and oversee various subscription license types. Configure and maintain tenant-level M365 settings with a focus on security, compliance, and governance. Design and troubleshoot PowerShell scripts to automate administrative tasks across M365 and Azure AD. Administer identity and access control using Azure AD, Conditional Access, ADFS, MFA, and related technologies. Perform migrations from on-prem file shares to SharePoint Online/OneDrive/Teams using tools like ShareGate or the SharePoint Migration Tool. Support escalated L3/L4 incidents, including working with Microsoft support to resolve critical issues. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize M365 adoption, improve user experience, and drive operational efficiency. Stay current with Microsoft roadmap changes and proactively adapt strategies to support service availability and business continuity. Technical Requirements
Hands-on experience with: Microsoft 365 Administration at scale PowerShell scripting for M365, Azure AD, and licensing automation Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps) Security & Compliance features (MIP, retention policies, records management) Strong analytical skills for M365/Azure reporting and data analysis (Excel, Power BI) Agile/Scrum team experience with strong documentation and story completion discipline Preferred Qualifications
Experience with ITIL processes and ticketing systems Knowledge of SCCM or M365 Apps admin center for app deployments Seniority level
