Job Title: Data Quality Analyst Collibra CDQ
Location: Mclean, VA
Duration: 12 Months contract
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced hands-on Data Quality (DQ) practitioner with deep expertise in Collibra Data Quality (CDQ) to support our enterprise data quality initiatives, specifically focused on Property Financials. This individual will be responsible for configuring and enhancing DQ rules, leveraging profiling and machine learning features within CDQ, and working closely with business stakeholders to translate real-world data concerns into actionable rules. Key Responsibilities
Configure, test, and deploy data quality rules using Collibra CDQ Perform profiling and leverage machine learning capabilities to identify anomalies and rule candidates Work with business users and data stewards to identify defensive data quality checks currently used downstream and implement them upstream in CDQ Support the implementation of DQ dashboards and metrics tracking Collaborating with Snowflake and Collibra integration teams to ensure proper rule deployment Provide training and documentation for internal data stewards and quality leads Required Skills & Experience
Hands-on experience with Collibra Data Quality (CDQ) platform Strong understanding of data quality dimensions (completeness, validity, timeliness, etc.) Demonstrated ability to translate business rules into technical DQ logic Experience working with Snowflake or similar cloud data platforms Strong SQL and data profiling expertise Familiarity with data governance principles Big Plus Skills
Experience with Collibra DGC (Data Governance Center), particularly in the context of DQ rule registration, workflows, or lineage integration Experience with Informatica Cloud Data Quality (ICDQ) or similar tooling Exposure to workflow configuration in Collibra or ServiceNow-based issue tracking Ideal Candidate
Operates confidently with DQ tooling hands-on Brings a data-first mindset with an eye toward automation and sustainable rule design Able to communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders Comfortable working in fast-moving, cross-functional teams Seniority level
