Proven experience in the small business lending or financial services industry Strong understanding of loan processing and underwriting principles Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Proficient in using software tools and technology related to lending How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
