Greet and welcome customers into the dealership and match the customer to the appropriate/right vehicle. Learn and understand vehicle and product knowledge. Communicate benefits and value to customers Lead in the sales process, with management assistance. Contact your sold customers at least every 6 months (phone or email) to keep in touch. Maintain good customer service - Sales satisfaction survey goal of top 100%. Generate DealerRater reviews monthly and generate direct referrals. Prospect through networking for additional sales leads. Enter all daily activity into CRM.
Skills and Experience :
Prior automotive sales experience is not required.
We train the right candidates for the exciting field of sales! If you have experience in retail, insurance sales, marketing, and/or customer service / hospitality, you can succeed with the professional training and management we provide! General computer, typing, email and text messaging system skills. Valid driver license and clean DMV record. Please upload your resume.
