Requirements

Your Mission, Should You Choose to Accept It:

As our Production Planning Manager extraordinaire, your job is to unleash your superhuman abilities and oversee production planning and scheduling, ensuring alignment with customer demands. You'll work alongside some of the sharpest minds in the RF and microwave industry. Oh, and did we mention that you'll be based in the heart of Austin, Texas, where the tech scene is as hot as our BBQ?

Here's What You'll Be Doing :



Develop Production Plans:

Create detailed production schedules that align with company goals and customer demands, ensuring that resources are allocated to meet production targets.



Monitor Planning Operations:

Oversee daily planning activities, tracking progress and addressing issues that arise to maintain workflow efficiency.



Coordinate with Departments:

Collaborate with procurement, inventory control, sales, manufacturing, and engineering teams to ensure materials and resources are available when needed and align to production schedules and customer demands.

What We're Looking for in Our Production Planning Manager:



Education:

Associate's degree or Post-Secondary Certificate in production management or similar area. Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred.



Experience:

5 years of experience in production planning or a related role.



Skills:

Proficiency in ERP production scheduling software and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
