As a Full Time Licensed Clinical Behavioral Health Professional & Wellbeing Ambassador, you'll provide care to client employees on the AT&T campus located in Mesa, AZ, operated by Premise Health. In addition to providing clinical care, this role serves as a site-level Wellbeing Ambassador, promoting a proactive culture of mental health and holistic wellbeing. You will lead brief on-site engagements activities, help reduce stigma surrounding mental illness, connect employees to appropriate AT&T resources, and collaborate with AT&T Benefits as a member of the Premise Health team to deliver data-informed, measurable wellbeing initiatives.
The scheduled hours are 32 hours per week: M-Th 8am-430pm. No Fridays!!
What You’ll Do
Use a strengths-based approach to support patient well-being
Provide psychotherapy or counseling to individuals, groups, couples, or families
Help patients gain insight, set goals, and plan actions for personal and social development
Identify and diagnose psychological, emotional, or behavioral issues using assessments and records
Apply evidence-based interventions within scope of practice, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance & Commitment Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, EMDR, Written Exposure Therapy, and CAMS
Counsel patients on stress, substance abuse, and family issues to modify or improve behavior
Collaborate with patients on treatment goals and outcomes
Participate in clinical care team activities, including consultation, case management, care coordination, and referrals
Lead ongoing wellbeing events and brief educational touchpoints
Promote psychologically safe, stigma-free access to care and resources
Build referral pathways and warm handoffs across AT&T Benefit services
Partner with AT&T Benefits on campaigns that fit campus needs and culture
Enters data into patient’s chart to ensure accurate and up-to-date records
Performs other duties as assigned
What You’ll Bring
Master’s Degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or equivalent field of study
Licensed mental health clinicians including: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor of Mental Health (LPCMH), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC)
Collaborative Assessment and Management of Suicidality (CAMS – care) certification must be obtained within 12 months of hire
4+ years of experience in the field or in a related area
Must have prior counseling experience in the field of treatment of behavioral mental health including depression, mood disorders, alcoholism and drug dependency, family counseling, marital relationship, grief, loss, etc.
Experience in crisis management, abuse reporting, and cultural competence to meet the diverse needs of the population served in a treatment setting
Experience identifying, preventing, and treating of suicidal behaviors
Experience with patient referral management and knowledge of available referral resources
Previous clinical experiences in integrated behavioral health settings are preferred
