Travel RN Position Job Notes: Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available. Opportunity: RN - IR Job Details: • Work day shift from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday • Rotating call responsibilities with average of 13 days per month and 1 to 2 weekends • Call teams consist of 2 techs and 2 nurses per day • Work in 3-suite interventional radiology department with 10 staff members (6 RNs and 4 technologists) • Must have neuro interventional experience and Level 1 or Level 2 trauma experience • VI registry preferred but not required • Experience with Meditech and Phillips equipment preferred • Work with Phillips equipment (2 biplanes and 1 single plane) • Use Meditech EMR and GE Centricity PACS systems • Perform neuro interventional procedures including thrombectomies, coilings, MMAs, and spinal angiograms • Assist with IR body cases such as G tubes, biopsies, PCNs, Mediports, and TIPS procedures • Support trauma angiograms including spleen, liver, GDA, and renal procedures • Must be a team player, adaptable to different physician preferences, and enjoy taking call • Required to wear steel grey scrubs • No floating to other units required Facility: This healthcare facility operates a comprehensive interventional radiology department with advanced imaging capabilities and specialized equipment.
