Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive primary care, including preventive care, chronic disease management, and acute visits.
Work closely with physicians and care teams to deliver coordinated, high-quality care.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR).
Promote patient education, health maintenance, and wellness initiatives.
Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program (FNP preferred)
Board Certified as a Nurse Practitioner (AANP or ANCC)
Active or eligible South Carolina NP license and DEA license
Experience in primary care or internal medicine preferred
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with a patient-centered approach
