The Assistant Clinical Research Coordinator assists the Clinical Research Coordinator and/or

Senior Clinical Research Coordinator in contributing to the overall operational management of

clinical research / trial / study activities related to the Tolerance portfolio of studies within the

Department of Urology Interventional Clinical Trials Unit. in this role you will recognize and perform necessary tasks to assist the Clinical Research Coordinator and/or Senior Clinical Research

Coordinator in managing projects and prioritizing work to meet necessary deadlines. You will also support with planning and organizing necessary tasks to ensure adherence to the study protocol and applicable

regulations.

Pay Range: $27.08 - $43.55 hourly

Qualifications

Required:

Ability to work efficiently and complete tasks with thoroughness and accuracy All Required

Strong verbal and written communication skills along with strong interpersonal skills to effectively establish rapport, and build relationships.

Strong organizational capabilities.

Skills sufficient to solve problems and identify solutions

Ability to adapt to changing job demands and priorities; work flexible hours to accommodate research deadlines.

Ability to respond to situations in qan appropriate and professional manner.

Ability to concentrate and focus in a work environment that contains distracting stimuli and competing deadlines.

Ability to be flexible in handling work delegated by more than one individual.

Typing and computer skill/ability including word-processing, use of spreadsheets, email, data entry.

Ability to navigate numerous software programs and applications.

Ability to handle confidential material information with judgement and discretion.

Skill in coordinating information transfer among multiple constituents.

Preferred:

Experience in a Health Care Setting
