POSITION SUMMARY

TheData Analystis a vital member of BillGO's Inside Sales team, responsible for turning data into actionable insights that improve sales performance, streamline processes, and drive revenue growth. This role emphasizes strong data analytics expertise with a working knowledge of Salesforce to ensure accurate reporting, meaningful metrics, and data integrity. The ideal candidate thrives on analyzing complex data sets, building reporting frameworks, and equipping the Inside Sales team with insights that guide smarter decisions and more effective strategies.HOW YOU'LL ADD VALUE
Data Analytics & Insights
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret sales data to identify trends, performance gaps, and opportunities for growth.
  • Design and maintain reporting frameworks and dashboards to monitor KPIs such as conversion rates, pipeline velocity, and revenue forecasting.
  • Provide actionable insights that influence sales strategy, resource allocation, and goal-setting.
  • Partner with sales managers to evaluate rep productivity and coach performance improvements using data-driven insights.
  • Translate complex findings into clear recommendations for leadership.
Salesforce Reporting & Support
  • Leverage Salesforce to track sales performance, pipeline activity, and lead management.
  • Build and optimize Salesforce reports and dashboards aligned to Inside Sales goals.
  • Partner with Salesforce administrators to maintain data integrity, streamline workflows, and ensure usability.
  • Support process improvements by identifying opportunities to enhance Salesforce adoption and reporting efficiency.
Collaboration & Cross-Functional Alignment
  • Work closely with Sales Enablement to train users on dashboards, data tools, and reporting best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to define reporting requirements and deliver customized analytics solutions.
  • Contribute to data governance practices to maintain accuracy and consistency across CRM and analytics systems.
Qualifications

WHAT MAKES YOU A GOOD FIT
  • Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Business, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 3-5+ years of experience in a data analyst or business analyst role, preferably in sales operations or a related function.
  • Proficiency with data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau).
  • Experience with Salesforce reporting and dashboards; familiarity with Salesforce configuration is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze sales data and provide insights that improve pipeline management and revenue growth.
  • Strong understanding of CRM data quality management and sales operations best practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences.
NICE TO HAVE
  • Salesforce certification (Administrator or Advanced Administrator).
  • Experience supporting Inside Sales or Sales Operations teams.
  • Background in fintech or payments industry.
  • Exposure to advanced analytics, predictive modeling, or machine learning for sales
