Base pay range $217,000.00/yr - $288,000.00/yr This position reports to the Head of Investors Relations. You will be joining a team focused on operating a world-class investor relations program, helping to build and maintain relationships with the investment community with an enhanced understanding and appreciation for the company’s business model, strategy and investment merits. You will also serve as a key resource to internal stakeholders and a strategic contributor to the company’s planning and communications functions.

Serve as a key point of contact for investors to enhance their understanding of Meta's financial results, technology initiatives and long-term strategy

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prepare earnings commentary, disclosures, and other investor-facing materials

Provide strategic counsel to leadership on investor relations matters

Help drive Meta’s overall investor engagement strategy by owning regular analysis of Meta’s shareholder base and investor targeting exercises

Contribute to the planning and management of investor events (conferences, road shows, investor meetings), investor presentations, briefing materials, press releases, etc

Contribute to the process of evaluating and approving product, business and operations stats to be shared externally

Analyze analyst and investor commentary on the company as well as industry trends and practices. Communicate relevant insights to the IR team and leadership

Develop relationships and collaborate effectively with key internal stakeholders

Identify and communicate strategic and tactical ideas for the continuous improvement of the IR program

Collaborate with cross-functional partners to engage with investment stewardship teams

Serve as a strategic thought partner to the Head of Investor Relations in shaping the organization’s goals, strategic focuses and overall direction of Meta’s IR program

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelors Degree

12+ years of combined Wall Street (buy-side and/or sell-side) and Investor Relations experience

Thorough understanding of markets, financial statements and analysis, and technology trends

Proven communication and presentation skills. Can distill complex financial and business information into clear and succinct messages

Experience in conceptualizing a complex project and independently leading its successful execution

Proactive mindset, highly analytical, and detail-oriented. Can execute on both tactical and strategic projects

Operates with a sense of urgency and can deliver high quality work under tight deadlines with a high level of autonomy and reliability

Prioritization and organization skills, with experience effectively managing multiple deliverables simultaneously

Effective relationship-building skills and can quickly establish trust and rapport with internal and external stakeholders

Credibility and gravitas, both with external and internal constituencies

Thorough knowledge of Reg FD and other SEC disclosure rules and regulations

Preferred Qualifications

Investor relations work experience within a public fast-growing, consumer-oriented technology company

Employment details $217,000/year to $288,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits. Individual compensation is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
