We have crafted over 100 multifamily properties across twelve states, managing 25+ properties in four Western states. We manage Acquisitions, Development, Architectural Design and Engineering, Construction Management, Property Management, and Asset Management in-house. As a proud subsidiary of American Capital Group, PCM Kinect is an emerging investment management company specializing in real estate private equity. We are seeking an experienced investor relations and fundraising professional to raise capital, cultivate investor relationships, and establish systems to drive long-term success. Position Overview Flexible Schedule:

Monday through Friday with start times between 6-9am PST and end times between 3-6pm PST (full 8-hour day required). Flexibility to work additional hours may be required to meet company/project needs. Location:

Onsite or remote ( Bellevue area preferred but not required). Travel may be required. Compensation Package:

$350,000 - $500,000+ / Year Annual bonus Medical, dental, and vision benefits; employer pays 85% of employee premium 401(k) with annual company match Paid sick leave (~11 days/year) Paid vacation starting at four weeks (increases with tenure) 14 paid holidays, including 2 personal holidays

What We Offer Competitive starting wages Diversity and inclusion commitment Positive work environment and valued contributions Team-building activities and events Comprehensive benefits with 85% employer-paid premiums 401(k) with company match Paid sick leave and vacation 14 paid holidays including 2 personal holidays Comprehensive training and development opportunities What We’re Looking For 7–12 years in fundraising, investor relations, or capital formation within private equity, real estate investment, or asset management Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Real Estate, or related field Track record of raising capital from family offices, RIAs, UHNWIs, or institutional investors Knowledge of real estate private equity fund structures, waterfalls, and investor economics Exceptional communication and presentation skills, tailored to diverse investor audiences Highly organized, self-directed, entrepreneurial, comfortable in a lean, fast-growing firm CRM/investor portals proficiency; Microsoft Office Suite Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities Team-oriented with a positive, collaborative attitude Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking) Your Role Drive fundraising strategy and execution for PCM Kinect’s investment vehicles Develop and leverage relationships with UHNWIs, family offices, RIAs, and institutional investors Create and deliver fundraising presentations, proposals, and customized pitches Manage fundraising pipeline, investor CRM, and reporting against capital targets Structure investor terms, evaluate side letters, and assist in negotiations Host investor meetings, roadshows, and events; guide prospects through diligence Investor Relations Build and maintain relationships with limited partners through clear, timely communications Oversee quarterly investor reports and portfolio updates Handle investor inquiries and data room activities professionally Anticipate investor concerns and respond with well-prepared information Coordinate with finance, legal, and operations for closings, capital calls, and distributions Strategic & Operational Leadership Establish investor relations systems, processes, and tools Provide market intelligence and investor feedback for firm strategy Support development of new fund products and capital structures Represent PCM Kinect externally with professionalism and credibility The responsibilities above are not all-inclusive.
