Creates a Finance vision and strategy that enables CFOs to drive long-term value for their business. Designs a future operating model, with the help of EY subject matter experts, which meets all reporting, regulatory, and control requirements and is underpinned by viable technologies. Develops a case for change that incorporates financial and non-financial costs and benefits. Represents latest finance thought leadership and innovation across all themes on the CFO agenda and creates a transformation roadmap and schedule.
Responsibilities
Responsible for the effective management and delivery of one or more processes, solutions, and/or projects, ensuring a focus on quality and effective risk management.
Continuous process improvement, identification of innovative solutions through research and analysis, insight, and experience of best practices.
May manage professional employees or supervise others to deliver complex technical initiatives, with accountability for performance and results.
Applies depth of expertise to guide others and interprets internal / external issues to recommend quality solutions.
Meets performance objectives and metrics set locally (client service, quality and risk management, sales and business growth, solution development and teaming, etc.).

Developing solutions to complex problems and recommending changes to policies and procedures that affect the immediate work area and possibly the business function within your area/department.
Exercising judgment in selecting methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for obtaining results.
Providing direction to others to complete tasks and offering feedback to others on the job and through formal assessments.

Ability to think conceptually and maintain a long-term perspective.
Experience in future back planning.
Understanding of digital strategy.

We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you’ll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business. The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $128,400 to $235,300. The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $154,000 to $267,400. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options.
Join us in our team-led and leader-enabled hybrid model. Our expectation is for most people in external, client serving roles to work together in person 40-60% of the time over the course of an engagement, project or year.
