Manage and mentor a multidisciplinary team (iOS, Android, Web, Backend), supporting their growth and development. Shape and execute Pinterest’s lower-funnel advertising strategy to drive business impact. Partner closely with Product, Design, PMM, Data Science, and Engineering to align on goals and deliver innovative shoppability ad solutions. What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as computer science, or equivalent experience. A leader who will drive our shoppability ads strategy and execute seamlessly across multiple functions. Someone skilled at building and empowering high-performing, fast-moving engineering teams. In-Office Requirement
We let the type of work you do guide the collaboration style. This role requires being in the office for in-person collaboration once a week and therefore needs to be in a commutable distance from one of the following offices: San Francisco or Palo Alto. Relocation

The position is also eligible for equity. Final salary is based on location, travel, relevant prior experience, or particular skills and expertise.
