Overview Chief Executive Officer – Commercial Generator Services – Private Equity

Our client is a commercial generator services business backed by a highly innovative private equity sponsor. The company is rapidly expanding its geographical footprint and is seeking a dynamic and accomplished Chief Executive Officer to drive all operations across a distributed service network. This lower middle-market business is seeking a highly entrepreneurial CEO responsible for the ongoing expansion of the business through organic projects and acquisitive activity. This is an opportunity to join a business on the ground floor, drive significant growth in partnership with an investor eager to put capital and resources into the business and ultimately lead the business through an eventual exit. This position will drive growth through a recurring revenue business model and will interface with all acquired companies and oversee full integration. We are seeking a CEO with previous private equity experience with a proven legacy of leadership and demonstrated success conceptualizing strategy and developing all levels of the organization while driving significant revenue growth and return on investment for the investors. A very attractive compensation package is on offer including bonus opportunities and substantial equity participation. Responsibilities
Drive growth across a distributed service network through organic initiatives and acquisitive activity. Lead and oversee all operations, including integration of acquired companies and full organizational alignment with the investor’s strategy. Conceptualize and implement company-wide strategy, governance, and performance metrics to deliver revenue growth and return on investment. Partner with the private equity sponsor to allocate capital and resources for growth initiatives and exit readiness. Represent the company to stakeholders and lead executive leadership across all functional areas. Qualifications
Previous private equity experience with a proven track record of leadership and growth. Strong ability to conceptualize strategy and develop all levels of the organization while driving revenue growth and ROI. Entrepreneurial mindset with experience scaling a service-based, recurring revenue business. Experience integrating acquired companies into a cohesive, high-performing organization.
