We are excited to welcome a positive, friendly, and motivated full-time Front Office Coordinator to our growing team! A Smile 4U is a privately owned practice with locations in Cartersville, Decatur, East Point, and Hiram. With advanced, state-of-the-art equipment and scheduling technology, we provide a wide range of specialties under one roof, including general dentistry, sedation dentistry, and oral surgery. Serving both pediatric and adult patients, we are committed to creating a welcoming environment and delivering an outstanding, memorable experience for every patient.
Responsibilities
-Check-in patients & collect balance/co-pays due prior to services; update patient chart, as required. -Check-out patients. -Discuss treatment plans with patients -Answer and respond to telephone calls with professionalism. -Complete daily overview of upcoming patient appointments. -Call and confirm all scheduled patient appointments. -Make follow up appointments for patients. -Assist with Hygiene and Orthodontics recall lists, missed & cancelled lists and treatment plan reports to try and fill in cancellation and no show appointment times. -Verify all orthodontic patients are on a 3-month prophy jet recall. -Maintain service logs and clinic logs on a daily basis. -Assist clinic with insurance verification, when requested. -Assist with front office supply inventory needs.
Qualifications:
-Technical or college diploma -Experience in a medical or dental office setting preferred -Strong interpersonal skills and communication -Customer -Service oriented -Reliable and collaborative team-member
