Entry-Level Event Promotions Assistant
to join our growing team! This is a great opportunity for recent graduates or early-career professionals who want hands-on experience in
event marketing, promotions, and community engagement .

Key Responsibilities
Assist with the
setup, execution, and breakdown of promotional events
Represent client brands at
events, trade shows, and community activations
Engage with customers to promote products, answer questions, and gather feedback
Support event logistics, including material setup and coordination with team members
Help track campaign results and provide reports on event performance
Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent brand messaging and customer experience
Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Outgoing, confident, and comfortable engaging with the public
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Ability to multitask and thrive in fast-paced environments
High school diploma or equivalent required (Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field a plus)
Previous experience in events, customer service, or promotions is helpful but not required
