Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP)
to join our growing team in a hybrid capacity. This role is ideal for experienced and compassionate professionals who are passionate about delivering quality mental health care in a collaborative setting. Key Responsibilities: Conduct psychiatric evaluations and medication management for diverse patient populations Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated and effective treatment plans Document patient interactions and maintain accurate, timely clinical records Deliver services through both in-person and telehealth visits as required Requirements: Minimum of 1 year of experience as a PMHNP (no new graduates at this time) Licensed in New York
and
the state of residence (if residing outside NY but in a surrounding state) Must be
enrolled in Medicare and Medicaid Must reside within
