Appian UK . Appian is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Enablement Manager to drive success for our Partners/Channels sales team. The role involves designing, developing, and executing a comprehensive, scalable, and modern enablement strategy that equips Appians sales teams with the knowledge, tools, and resources to effectively represent Appians brand, sell and implement Appian solutions, and deliver value to customers. Note: This role is based at our headquarters in McLean, Virginia. Travel is required as needed (10-20%). What You'll Do Implement scalable enablement programs: create and manage training, collateral, webinars, and workshops tailored to Appians sales ecosystem (e.g., field sellers, pre-sales, co-sellers, resellers, solution providers) and delivered through appropriate methods. Develop enablement resources: collaborate with internal teams to create and update sales collateral, product guides, playbooks, and other resources for effective marketing and selling. Manage enablement platforms: maintain tools and platforms to ensure easy access to relevant information and resources. Track program effectiveness: establish metrics and collect feedback to continuously improve enablement programs, resources, and platforms. Equip internal stakeholders: work with Partner/Channels sales leadership and enablement teams to provide relevant information and resources to optimize performance and growth.

What You'll Bring

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Marketing, Education, Technology). 5+ years of experience in sales enablement or technology sales with a system integrator/channel partner. Understanding of SaaS go-to-market models, organizational structures, and GTM strategies. Proven ability to develop and deliver programs that drive measurable results. Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences. Strong project management skills; ability to manage multiple initiatives and meet deadlines. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. A customer-centric mindset and passion for sales success.

Nice To Have

Experience with low-code platforms or related technologies. Familiarity with Appian's platform.
