Role Overview This is a senior executive role for a commercially minded CFO with deep experience in PE-backed environments and medical device manufacturing. You’ll lead financial strategy, M&A execution, and post-merger integration while building a high-performing finance function that supports global operations and drives shareholder value. Key Responsibilities
Define and execute financial strategy aligned with PE value creation goals Lead end-to-end M&A and successful post-merger integration Build and scale a high-performing finance function across global teams Drive top- and bottom-line growth through commercial insight and financial rigor Communicate financial analysis and strategic recommendations to the Board Manage finance operations across geographies with cultural sensitivity Oversee forecasting, cost control, margin optimization, and leverage management Ideal Candidate
CFO experience in PE-backed businesses with $500M+ revenue Proven success in M&A and post-merger integration Deep background in medical devices; experience with surgical products or CMO/CDMO/OEM models is a plus Skilled in building finance teams, systems, and performance metrics Strong commercial acumen and ability to translate numbers into strategy Experience managing global teams and navigating cross-cultural environments Fluent in English; French fluency is a plus Compensation & Benefits
