Chief Media Officer
to lead its transformation into a full-scale media brand. The Chief Media Officer is the architect of our media ecosystem - responsible for turning the brand, personalities, and intellectual property of Acquisition.com into the most trusted and powerful educational and business media platform in the world.

Responsibilities: Brand & Platform Growth Scale the reach of multiple high-authority personal brands across YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok, podcasts, and more Shape the company’s overarching content narrative, from mass reach to lead conversion Lead ideation and execution of content campaigns tied to products, partnerships, or company priorities Build and oversee high-performing pods across long-form, short-form, editorial, design, and growth Optimize creative workflows across formats, channels, and business objectives Systems, People & Tech Implement clear SOPs, performance dashboards, and internal tooling to streamline output Integrate AI and automation tools across creative and production workflows Hire, lead, and develop a cross-functional creative/media team from 10 to 60+ Ensure media campaigns drive measurable pipeline growth for internal services and offerings Collaborate with marketing, sales, product, and investment arms to align priorities and messaging Use data to inform decisions - impressions, engagement, CTRs, funnel impact, etc. Your Background: 10+ years in content/media leadership roles Built and led teams of 30+ across creative, growth, and ops Scaled both personal brands and corporate media ecosystems Fluent in the platforms: YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, Meta, Podcasts, etc. Equally strategic and hands-on - able to zoom out and dive in Apply now
