General Manager

to lead our team. A qualified candidate will be a positive-minded and inspirational role model, hands-on, driven, and committed to upholding our hospitality standards. This leader must possess an owner mentality, a strong level of financial acumen, and the ability to mentor and inspire a team. Our family of restaurants includes American Beauty Steakhouse and the Window in Venice, Superba Food + Bread in Venice and Hollywood, Superba Snacks and Coffee in Pasadena and North Hollywood, and Pitfire Pizza locations throughout Southern California. Responsibilities

Provide leadership for the restaurant team, modeling hospitality standards and a positive work environment. Demonstrate ownership mentality with strong financial acumen and accountability for P&L performance. Mentor and inspire staff, fostering a culture of warmth, authenticity, and hospitality. Address problems proactively and implement solutions to maintain high-quality service and food standards. Ensure food quality, safety, sanitation, service timing and accuracy, restaurant cleanliness, and staff morale. Utilize technologies (POS, Office, Ctuit, Hot Schedules) with accuracy and care. Balance guest experience with operational efficiency and team development. Qualifications

2-3 years of previous GM experience in a quality, contemporary, full service or fast casual environment Coach mentality with dedication to a happy, productive team that adheres to culture and standards Strong focus on detail: food quality and safety, service timing and accuracy, cleanliness, and morale Ability to drive a culture of warmth, authenticity, and hospitality Proactive problem-solving and solution orientation Ability to create a positive, productive work environment Understand technologies (POS, Office, Ctuit, Hot Schedules) and ensure accuracy Understand and analyze the P&L and proactively course correct as needed Active ServSafe Management Food Safety Certificate Flexible and open availability Benefits
