Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and versatile professional to join our team. In this dual-focused role, you will be the first point of contact for technical support, while also ensuring the accurate and timely processing of customer orders. This is a great opportunity to be in a customer-facing support and back-end operations within a constantly evolving tech environment.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Support:
Provide direct technical support to our domestic and international customers, distributors, and sales team via phone and email.
Production & Order Management:
Accurately enter and process customer orders, verify pricing, and communicate with customers regarding order details.
Problem-Solving:
Collaborate with different teams to resolve discrepancies, special requests, and technical issues.
Documentation:
Create and update technical documentation, "How-To" guides, and common troubleshooting tips
Continuous Improvement:
Document and relay end-user feedback to marketing teams and proactively suggest product improvements.
Qualifications & Education
1 year of help desk or Windows experience
Strong problem-solving skills, active listening, and attention to detail.
Excellent computer literacy and time management.
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new processes.
