Provides treatment for adults ages 18 and up through an ACTT (Assertive Community Treatment Team) model, primarily serving individuals with a primary diagnosis of schizophrenia. A typical day includes a team meeting at the office from 9:0010:00 a.m. to review patients for the day, followed by community visits to provide care. Additional Job Details Case Load/PPD: 3-6 Support Staff: yes - ACT team available Patient Population: Adults Location Type: On-Site Prescriptive Authority Required: Yes Government: No Shift Hours: Part time (16 hours) Cases Treated: ACTT
