Key Responsibilities: Represent health care clients in arbitration and litigation of reimbursement and regulatory compliance disputes Advise on a wide range of legal issues including: Health care operations and compliance Health care reimbursement and managed care Health information privacy and security (HIPAA) Medi-Cal managed care
