Overview Empowered Staffing is partnered with a growing senior living organization with more than 40 facilities nationwide. The company is seeking a Regional Director of Sales & Marketing to lead sales and marketing efforts across six assisted living and skilled nursing facilities in Illinois.

Responsibilities: Collaborate with Sales and Marketing Directors to create and execute impactful quarterly sales and marketing campaigns. Design, implement, and facilitate formal sales training programs to build team effectiveness and performance. Support the hiring, training, and performance evaluation of Sales Directors in partnership with senior leadership. Review outreach strategies and actively participate in field visits with sales staff to ensure consistent and compelling community presentations. Partner with Executive Directors and Regional Operations Teams to align sales activities with broader business objectives and drive cross-functional success. Requirements
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in business, sales/marketing preferred; or equivalent sales experience. 5+ years of successful sales experience in the senior living industry. Proven track record in leading and coaching sales professionals to achieve established census goals. Possesses strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask and meet deadlines. Interacts professionally and effectively with all levels of the organization, residents, family members, etc. Must be able to travel frequently throughout the region.
