Presentation High School seeks a visionary Admissions Director to join our Leadership Team, playing a pivotal role in shaping the future of our school. Strategic Leadership & Planning: Develop and implement an annual admissions and enrollment plan that supports the school’s long-term strategic vision and sustainability goals.
Strategic Leadership & Planning: Serve as a member of the Leadership Team, contributing to school-wide strategy and decision-making.
Strategic Leadership & Planning: Use data and analytics to drive enrollment forecasting, recruitment strategies, and yield management.
Strategic Leadership & Planning: Prepare and present regular reports on admissions, enrollment trends, and strategy to the President, senior leadership, and the Board of Directors.
Strategic Leadership & Planning: Ensure admissions practices and policies are aligned with the mission, vision, and values of Presentation High School and with the Catholic educational tradition.
Admissions & Enrollment Management: Oversee all aspects of the admissions process, from inquiry through enrollment, ensuring an exceptional and mission-driven experience for prospective families.
Admissions & Enrollment Management: Lead and inspire the admissions team in the successful planning and execution of recruitment events, including Open House, 7th Grade Day, Information Nights, Application Workshops, Applicant Interviews, Shadow Visits, and Panther Pathways.
Admissions & Enrollment Management: Coordinate and evaluate admissions decisions for incoming freshmen and transfer students, ensuring equity, integrity, and mission alignment in the review process.
Admissions & Enrollment Management: Partner with the school’s educational leadership team to organize freshman and transfer orientation programs.
Marketing & Communications Collaboration: Partner with the Marketing & Communications team to develop and execute recruitment campaigns that strengthen the school’s visibility and reputation.
Marketing & Communications Collaboration: Oversee the creation, production, and distribution of admissions materials, publications, and digital content that tell the story of Presentation High School.
Marketing & Communications Collaboration: Ensure all messaging reflects the school’s brand, values, and distinct “all-girls advantage.”
Community & Relationship Building: Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective families extending exceptional hospitality and highly personalized support throughout the admissions process.
Community & Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with feeder schools, principals, teachers, and community partners.
Community & Relationship Building: Represent Presentation at high school information nights and host on-campus admissions programming for prospective families.
Community & Relationship Building: Engage students as dynamic partners in telling the Pres story.
Community & Relationship Building: Serve as a visible and persuasive spokesperson for the school in the wider community.
Operations & Team Leadership: Oversee and manage the Admissions budget and database (Ravenna), ensuring accurate record-keeping and timely reporting.
Operations & Team Leadership: Supervise, develop, and evaluate the admissions staff, fostering a collaborative, mission-driven team culture.
Operations & Team Leadership: Promote efficiency and innovation by identifying opportunities to modernize internal systems and implement best practices.
Requirements Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree required (education, communications, business, or related field).
Master’s degree preferred (education administration, marketing, or related discipline).
5–7 years of progressively responsible experience in admissions, enrollment management, or related field (education, non-profit, or mission-driven organization).
Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding enrollment goals.
Experience hiring, evaluating, managing, and motivating staff.
Background working collaboratively across departments (academics, student services, co-curricular programming, marketing/communications, advancement, etc.).
Familiarity with CRM/admissions management systems (e.g., Ravenna, Blackbaud, or similar).
