With a strong backlog of work and continued growth in the Dallas market, the company is seeking a proven Senior Electrical Superintendent to join their leadership team. Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day field operations on large commercial electrical projects Manage scheduling, manpower, subcontractors, and materials to keep projects on track Drive safety culture and ensure compliance with all standards and regulations Work closely with project managers, engineers, and clients to deliver results Mentor and develop field teams, building a strong workforce for future projects Qualifications
10+ years of electrical construction experience, with at least 5 years leading large commercial projects Strong background in complex electrical systems on projects $5M+ Proven ability to lead large crews and coordinate across multiple trades Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills Open to relocation to the Dallas, TX area Why Join
