Join Our Team as a Part-Time Psychiatrist!
Comprehensive Med Psych Systems (CMPS), part of the Optum family, is excited to welcome a Part-Time Psychiatrist - MD or DO to our dedicated team. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute significantly to the field of behavioral health in a collaborative, clinician-led care organization.

As a Psychiatrist, you will:
Deliver direct clinical services to patients in an outpatient environment.
Conduct thorough psychiatric evaluations and manage ongoing medication treatment.
Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to create and implement effective treatment plans.
Build strong provider-patient relationships and coordinate care with external providers.
Maintain accurate electronic clinical documentation in Athena, adhering to all regulatory standards.

Required Qualifications:
Active license (MD/DO) in Florida.
Board-Eligible or Board-Certified in Psychiatry.
Current Federal Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) Registration.
Ability to commute to our St. Augustine location at least one day per week.
Preferred Qualifications:
2+ years of behavioral health experience in an outpatient clinical setting.
Proficient with technology for professional communication and medical documentation, including Excel, Outlook, and Athena RMS (or similar EHRs).
Experience in treating children, adolescents, and families.
The salary range for this position is $214,000 to $382,000 annually, based on full-time employment. Salary is determined by factors including local labor markets, education, work experience, and certifications. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including recognition programs, equity stock purchase opportunities, and 401k contributions, all subject to eligibility requirements.
