$16.50/yr - $18.15/yr Responsibilities
As a part-time Brand Ambassador, you bring the brand to life every day. Your goal is to provide everyone who comes in the store with an amazing shopping experience. You are the face of our company and you’re proud of it. You love the products and are passionate about building brand loyalty with every guest. You represent our company values and bring your real self to work every day. Engage with every guest using the AEO Selling Model to help them find exactly what they’re looking for with a “friends first” mindset. Educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and make product suggestions to fit their needs. Introduce the AEO loyalty program and additional brand channels to guests. Flex between the Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed. Proactively resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policy. Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals. Adhere to AEO’s policies and procedures with integrity. Qualifications
You love interacting with people and are energized by a fast-paced environment. You can handle multiple tasks and are available to work when guests shop (evenings, weekends & holidays).
