Job Description

Support manufacturing and inventory operations by accurately recording production data, processing work orders, and maintaining inventory records. Ensure compliance with documentation standards, support warehouse functions, and facilitate the flow of finished goods through labeling, reporting, and material handling.

Responsibilities

Calculate, record, and update daily production quantities.

Process inventory through work orders.

Create labels for finished product/stock inventory.

Ensure all paperwork from production follows GDP protocol per ISO requirements.

Close work orders in ERP system by scanning tickets, filing, and placing them in storage.

Complete production scrap reports.

Wrap pallets and issue components to work orders.

Return components from finished work orders to stock.

Perform cycle counts and transfers, placing products in their correct inventory locations.

Move products within the warehouse; palletize, wrap, and rotate pallets.

Check material for machines at the beginning and end of the shift.

Refill or remove resin for machines.

Check if scrap containers need swapping or removal.

Check production calendars for new orders.

Operate a pallet jack.

Essential Skills

Experience with inventory management and data entry.

Knowledge of inventory operations such as picking and cycle counts.

Ability to operate a forklift and manage shipping and receiving tasks.

Work Environment

The position operates on the 2nd shift with hours from 2 pm to 10:30 pm, with training provided on the 1st shift from 5:30 am to 2 pm.

The role requires standing for 90% of the day.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
